Chapter 17 of 32 · Grow
Marketing: the Launch Center
The Launch Center is where your marketing plan turns into action. Your plan's steps are listed to tick off. Anything Winston can write, such as a post, an email or an ad, has a Draft it button. Drafts flow from Waiting on you, to Ready to post, to Posted. Winston never posts or sends for you: you approve a draft, publish it with one click, then mark it posted.
How it works
What you can do here
- Tick off your plan step by step
- Have Winston draft a post, email or ad on request, or a whole batch
- Choose Manual, Guided or Autopilot for how much Winston does on his own
- Approve drafts, open them in email or copy them to publish, then mark them posted
1. Getting set up
- 1
Open the Launch Center
It's the first option in the Marketing dashboards menu. If you have no plan yet, press Set up my marketing plan.
- 2
Choose how much Winston does
Manual: Winston drafts only when you ask. Guided: he drafts on a schedule and you approve each one. Autopilot: his drafts are approved for you, and you still post them.
2. Drafting content
- 1
Draft a plan step
Under Your plan, step by step, press Draft it on any step Winston can write.
- 2
Ask for anything
Under Have Winston draft something, choose what to draft (social post, email, ad or outreach) and say what it should say, for example "a Facebook post about our fall tune-up special, $89 through November".
- 3
Draft a batch
Press Draft a batch now to get several social posts, emails or ads at once.
3. Approving and publishing
- 1
Review what's waiting
Waiting on you lists drafts to approve.
- 2
Publish
Approved drafts move to Ready to post. Copy the post to your social account, or press Open in email.
- 3
Mark it posted
Press Mark as posted. The tiles at the top count Plan steps done and Posted in 30 days.
Try it yourself
