Chapter 8 of 39 · Start
Assistants
Assistants are ready-made specialists, each a small team with one job. Each one reviews your whole business (every tab, your emails, texts and calls, your designs and what changed since it last looked) and keeps its card current with what to do immediately, within a day and within a week, ranked by importance. They work in the background, so you can carry on with anything else.

Open Assistants
Assistants are grouped by Sales, Marketing, Operations, Money, Legal & People and Strategy. Each card says what the team does and who's on it.
- 2
Give it a focus (optional)
Each card has a short box for what you want it to look at, such as a competitor's name or a meeting you're preparing for.
- 3
Press Update
The assistant starts reviewing in the background. You can leave the page; the card fills in when it's done. Research-based assistants also search the web.
- 4
Read the briefing
The card shows a headline, then actions under Immediately, Within a day and Within a week, each with an importance label and why it matters. Sources are listed at the bottom.
2. Keeping them current
- 1
Update all
Press Update all at the top to have every assistant review your business at once.
- 2
Let them refresh themselves
Once you've used them, assistants refresh every six hours on their own.
- 3
Go deeper
Press Full deep dive on any card to open that team in Winston AI with its full brief, and work through it in conversation.
3. Which assistant for which job
- 1
Before a sales call
Meeting Prep Team briefs you on the people and company. Negotiation Coach lets you rehearse a deal.
- 2
Up against a rival
Sales Intelligence Team builds a battle card; Competitor Intelligence Team maps the whole market.
- 3
Too much on your plate
Chief of Staff turns your week into priorities and a day-by-day plan.
- 4
Money worries
Business Money Coach reviews spending and builds a cash cushion; Finance Team explains a company, stock or market.
- 5
A big decision
Advisory Board has several AIs debate it and gives one answer.
