Here's one worth a look:

AI-powered compliance assistant for small home-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping).

Why it works:

• These owners are swamped with licensing renewals, insurance certs, OSHA rules, and local permits — and they hate paperwork.
• They have money (good margins) but no time and no in-house admin.
• It's a recurring-revenue wedge: start with "never miss a renewal" alerts, expand into permit filing, insurance cert tracking, and subcontractor compliance.

How I'd test it this week:

1. Pick one trade + one metro (e.g., HVAC in Phoenix).
2. DM or call 15 owners: "How do you currently track license/permit deadlines?"
3. If 3+ say "spreadsheets" or "my wife handles it and it's a nightmare" — you've got a wedge.
4. Pre-sell a $99/mo "compliance watchdog" before building anything. Manual backend is fine to start.

Want me to:

• A) Brainstorm 3 more ideas in different niches, or
• B) Go deep on this one — pricing, MVP scope, and a 2-week validation plan?

Also worth flagging: if this ever grows toward structuring the business for asset protection or tax strategy (trusts, IUL, etc.), that's where I'd qualify you and loop in a licensed human partner rather than advise directly. But that's a later-stage problem — let's get validation first.

Which direction, A or B?
