Before Winston makes any decision, drafts any post or answers any question, it gathers that whole record and hands it to the AI doing the work.

What it means for you: When you ask Winston anything, the answer already knows your customers, your numbers and your plan. A payment in Finance shows up on the customer's page in the CRM, and a lead from Pipelines lands in the CRM without copying.
Lesson 2
Council: three AIs answer, Winston gives the verdict
Pick Council in Winston AI and your question goes to Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT at once. Each one researches the web on its own and writes its answer. Winston then reads all three, as a chair reads a board's advice, and gives you one verdict.

Lesson 3
Deep Research: plan, investigate, report
Big questions deserve more than one search. In Research mode, Winston plans the research first, sends out several investigations at once, and then writes a report from what they found.

What it means for you: Plans and answers are built on today's facts, not on what an AI remembers from its training. Every claim has a link, so you can check it before you act. The same research runs before the marketing plan, tax savings, the Sales Plan, lead scoring, Studio campaigns, the Business Builder and the CRM's research links.
Lesson 4
A day with Winston: it drafts, you decide
Winston works in the background around the clock. Its assistants re-read your business and update their to-do lists, and Winston prepares the next pieces of marketing and outreach. When something needs you, it tells you wherever you are.

Winston isn't tied to one AI company. It tries providers in the order your settings give, and once your monthly budget for paid AI is spent it switches to free ones. API keys and passwords are stripped from logs and alerts before they're saved or sent.

Trading: four strategies vote, on paper
The Trading tab runs a rules-based algorithm. Four classic strategies each vote on every asset, and the ones that have been right lately on that asset count for more. When the recent record shows no edge, Winston halves the size of the call.
